These items are not toys and are purely designed to be used for decorative purposes and/or photography props only. Please do not allow children to put this product in their mouths, always be sure to supervise your baby around the items and store out of reach of little hands. Please double check all spelling and formatting (i.e if you want capital or lowercase letters) is correct as we will use the exact spelling and formatting information provided to process our orders. Unfortunately personalised orders are unable to be returned or refunded due to change of mind, however if you have any problems with your order we will do everything we can to fix the situation. Our range is designed to look beautiful and to keep your piece looking it's best some care does need to be taken. Acrylic can scratch if not looked after, please avoid sliding your item over surfaces and always ensure the table or bench you are placing it on is free from sand or dirt. Due to the intricacy of vinyl on designs please try not to excessively rub or roughly handle your design as it may cause the vinyl to lift and lose it's adhesive. If you need to remove fingerprints or dust, use a lightly damp microfiber cloth and spot rub, or lightly wipe over your piece, trying to avoid the vinyl. For painted pieces, an acrylic based paint is used. While safe, please don't let your babies put them in their mouth. These are décor pieces and not meant to be played with.
